We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was excellent. The staff was very kind and approaching, offered excellent services. The room was clean and offered with coffee available, very comfy bed plus additional toiletries. The food provided was delicious! The venue was in a central location very close to restaurants and pubs and the nearby pub. Also, Liverpool Central Library was next door.

Truly enjoyed my very comfortable stay for one night. The venue was set in the central position really close to the coast, the castle and the old streets of the town as well as the shopping areas, the shoreline, restaurants, and the castle. I ate in the tapas restaurant nearby. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was fantastic.

Little venue, magnificent location close to wonderful eateries and the Castle, which started early, and all the pubs, restaurants and shops, as well as the amazing castle, loved our stay. Very attentive and helpful staff did a great job. The rooms were reasonably large and fashionable, and the bathroom was fairly new with a bath. The tapas restaurant served a wide range of nice food.
